Kathy Seegebrecht serves as an Independent Director for Riverbend Industries. Kathy is currently the Vice President of the Americas Region for UL Solutions, where she previously served as the Chief Marketing Officer. Prior to joining UL Solutions, she held roles at Navistar and BP Amoco. Kathy currently serves on the Boards of Mercy Home for Boys and Girls and is a proud member of the Chicago Network.
