Jim Japczyk serves as Chief Financial Officer for Riverbend Industries, bringing more than 30 years of financial leadership experience across manufacturing, industrial products, and multi-site global operations. Prior to joining Riverbend, he served as CFO for several notable organizations, including Plymouth Tube Company, Optimas OE Solutions, Corix Infrastructure/Utilities, Inc., and Crane Plumbing. Throughout his career, Jim has led strategic planning, operational finance, M&A integration, working capital improvement, and enterprise-wide performance management—building a consistent track record of strengthening financial discipline and driving organizational transformation.
