Andy Armstrong serves as an Independent Director for Riverbend Industries. Andy is currently the Senior Vice President of Business Development at Republic Companies. Previously, he served as President and General Manager of BASE Solutions-YORK HVAC, and held Vice President of Sales & Marketing roles at Fujitsu General America and Johnson Controls, where he built the VRF and DFS sales teams for both Hitachi and York across North America. Andy is the author of The Grace Arsenal, a book focused on maintaining personal values in today’s business environment, and has a forthcoming title, Grace and the Art of Leadership, focused on leadership development. He has done speaking, consulting and training on these topics.
